Head Coach of Aduana Stars Kenichi Yatsuhashi has applauded the performance of his players despite defeat in Kinshasa against AS Vita in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The Ghanaian Champions suffered another away defeat in their continental campaign, after losing 2-0 to AS Vita of DR Congo in the fourth round of games in Group A.
Congolese striker Jean-Marc Makusu's brace were enough for AS Vita. The defeat to Aduana means they have an arduous task of qualifying for the quarter finals after slipping to 3rd in the group.
Despite the loss Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi is satisfied with the performance of his players, showering massive praises to goalkeeper Joseph Addo.
"Very very good match by both sides. Luck was on their side this time. Proud of our players made outstanding efforts. Excellent goalkeeping from Joseph Addo," he posted on Twitter.
Aduana Stars will next face Asec Mimossa in Ghana before travelling to Morocco to play Raja Casablanca.
