Black Stars new boy Gideon Waja trained with the team for the first team on Monday.
The WAFA captain is part of coach Kwasi Appiah's 24-man squad for their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Congo at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday.
This is his first major call up to the team - having represented the Black Stars B.
He has been impressive for his club side WAFA and his inclusion doesn't come as a surprise to many.
In June, he was drafted into the national team to make up the numbers in training ahead of the friendly matches against Mexico and USA.
