Andre Ayew’s excellent strike against Crystal Palace has been adjudged the Goal of the Month in the English Premier League.
The Ghana international’s breathtaking goal surpassed Philippe Coutinho’s goal against Newcastle United, Jamie Vardy’s strike against Leicester City, Pedro’s goal for Chelsea against Watford as well as Sofiane Boufal’s solo effort in Southampton’s defeated West Bromwich Albion.
Ayew took on his marker and fired the ball into the top corner of the post in a game West Ham drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park.
