Ghana winger Albert Adomah is one of the six players nominated for the PFA Championship fans' award for November following his remarkable performance for Aston Villa during the month.
Adomah was arguably the Villans best player during the month of November as he netted five goals for Steve Bruce's side in their promotion push.
The 29-year-old netted a brace against Queens Park Rangers and Ipswich Town and found the back of the net against Sunderland.
However, he must shrug off competitions from Derby County striker Matej Vydra, Leon Clarke of Sheffield United, along with Wolverhampton Wanderers' trio Willy Boly, Ivan Cavaleiro and Barry Douglas.
Vydra in particular, also scored five goals for the Rams, as the Czech Republic striker netted a hat-trick against Middlesbrough, as well as a goal each against Fulham and QPR.
Goal understands that the nominees for the Sky Bet Championship player and manager of the month will be announced later this week and Adomah, who has scored 11 goals in competitions this season, stands a realistic chance to make that list along with his boss Steve Bruce.
