Levante striker Emmanuel Boateng is set to be out for four weeks after sustaining an injury in the La Liga clash against Girona on Sunday.
The Ghanaian forward suffered a fracture after colliding with Girona midfielder Ramalho, and was substituted in the game.
The former Moreirense forward underwent a surgery on Tuesday, and was confirmed he will be out for a month.
Having joined Levante from Moreirense in Portugal, the youngster has been a key member of Levante and famously scored against European Champions Real Madrid in their 2-2 draw earlier this year.
