His Excellency - Let us list Gridco VRA on GSE. Private capital will flow into these companies, because they have some of the best tariffs in the world, and dumsor will be annihilated. In the US power companies beg for 10cents per kWh. In Ghana, VRA gets 17 cents, which is a huge profit advantage. Unfortunately, VRA is still losing money.
