The prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) comes off on Saturday 14th April, at the Accra International Conference with high expectations ahead of the event.
The large section of the public is thrilled with only their favourite musicians and can only hope that they win the awards for which they were nominated.
Ghanaweb gathered from the streets that the choice of hosts – Berla Mundi and John Dumelo – was definitely a twist to look out for.
This year’s VGMA has admittedly not received as much hype as it did in previous years as some people did not even know when it was to take place, much less where.

Apart from Shatta Wale, King Promise’s 'bald' head appears to have captured some hearts.
