Chairman Wontumi
Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako has been spotted cruising in a Ferrari on the streets of Kumasi. The man, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi was seen moving about in an ash Ferrari.
According to checks, the photos were taken around True Vine Hotel at Ahodwo, where he had attended a meeting.
It is not yet known which model of Ferrari it is, but it is a convertible and looks very modern. Ferraris typically cost between $200,000-$400,000 depending on the model and the year.
He is on record to have said in an interview last year on UTV, that he owned over 100 houses across the country. The first of which, he says, he built when he was 25-year-old.
He also claimed he bought a Rolex watch for $120,000 and customised necklace for $200,000. For a man with such spending power, it is only befitting that he cruises around in luxurious cars.
