A Ghanaian lady based in the US wet the appetite of food lovers with her tantalizing way of preparing Banku and okro stew in a Facebook video.
The lady who is identified as Nana Ama Morton on Facebook displayed her cooking prowess by taking her viewers through the various ingredients for cooking banku and stew.
“This is my okro, I usually like them fresh so I take my time to slice them into cubes like a lady and these goat meats have been sliced in Christ,” she said jovially.
Ama Morton said, she ordered her salmon all the way from Ghana because she needed to have the Ghanaian taste of salmon in her stew.
“I ordered these salmon all the way from Ghana, ‘me ewuradze’ and I have smoked turkey roaming about here and these soaked goat meat are here patiently waiting for me, I will add them all into the stew” she said.
She asked her viewers to have patience while she cooks and eat her banku with Okro stew.
“I love ‘ka co” bon de3’s, ‘obone san so y3 dew”, wait patiently for me while I cook and invite you afterwards to join me, ‘me ewuradze” she added.
Ama Morton has been in the news for testifying to the controversial obinim sticker According to her, her husband couldn’t last for 2minutes but after he used the sticker, his performance in bed has really improved.
