West African dancehall stars Shatta Wale (Ghana), and Burna Boy (Nigeria) have been named among headline acts for the UK leg of Empire’s Ghana Meets Naija Concert.
These names have been proven to significantly turn up energy levels both individually, and as a pair, and patrons can expect a historic time as Shatta and Burna (who have often collaborated on music) treat them to several hit songs off their catalogues.
Scheduled for the O2 Arena on August 25, the concert is also sure to witness a roster of other A-list acts from Ghana, Nigeria, and the UK.
The recently-held Ghana version saw the likes of Shatta Wale, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Falz, and M.anifest all take to the stage to render outstanding performances.
Supporting performances included Tema-based B4bonah, Article Wan, Kuami Eugene, Ko-jo Cue, King Promise, Tee Phlow, DJ Switch, and Kwadwo Nkansah “Lil Win”.
