Cwesi Oteng
Ghanaian gospel artiste, Cwesi Oteng, has revealed that his three children were kidnapped sometime ago at their school premises.
He explained that, although his children were kidnapped, the police advised him not to run to the media and the general public.
Speaking to Doctar Cann on Happy FM over the weekend, and monitored by Ghbrown.com, Cwesi Oteng said:
“My children were kidnapped for some hours, but they were found at a particular hotel. The police told me not to announce it to the general public and the media, because they claimed the woman who kidnapped my children was mad,” Cwesi Oteng stated.
Although the media fraternity in Ghana are very circumspect in their reportage, upon the advice given to Cwesi Oteng by the police not to inform the media for security reasons, this particular Kidnap issue of Gospel musician Cwesi Oteng children eluded the media.
Cwesi Oteng is one of the most relevant gospel artistes in Ghana and Africa currently and widely known internationally for his brilliance in gospel music.
The one time African Gospel artiste of the year Cwesi Oteng indicated that, he has been married for 12 years and blessed with 3 children.
