Am I reading right President flip flopper Mahama told NDC Supporters in London that NDC is already implementing the free education requirement as stipulatedin the constitution of Ghana? Can you tell me President Mahama did not lie to the NDC supporters in London especially when his administartion is on record for saying free education in Ghana will not be possible until 2032?How can he stand infront of Ghanaians and lie to them that he is already providing free education when they have challenged Nana Akuffo Addo on every step on the way that the cost for providing free education is too high and not feasible until 2032? Why is President Mahama insulting our intelligence with this lie? Nana Akuffo promised free High school education which in Ghana does not fall into the basic free education as stipulated in the constitution.
"Speaking at a meeting with members of the United Kingdom and Ireland branch of the party in London last Saturday, September 29, 2012 where he had made a stop-over from the United Nations, President Mahama said the 1992 constitution, makes it compulsory for every administration to make basic education free and therefore no Ghanaian should be deceived that Nana Akufo Addo and the NPP were doing something new, “they are not introducing free education"
President Mahma, secondary education is not basic so stop this later day Saul to Paul eureka quixotic endevour of yours because Ghanaians know you and your NDC are against free secondary school education to the rest of Ghanaians as enjoyed by the Northerners and which you enjoyed despite the fact that your father was amongst the richest 5% of Ghanaians whilst Ezra the farmer's son paid secondary school fees.
When did the NDC read that part of the constitution? Did they just read it before the launch of their Party manifesto? How can Ghanaians continue to listen to the NDC lies? We have had NDC appointed Minister of Education and other leaders go on radio stations and on T.V castigating Nana Akuffo Addo for being reckless for his free Secondary education concept when they know the constitution stipulates the government of Ghana to provide free education. Did President Flip-Flop Mahama tell the NDC Supporters in Ghana the same thing he told the NDC supporters in HO? No, your Flip-Flopping President was singing a different tune in Ho when he told them that free basic education will be made truly free by 2016. REALLY? President FLIP-FLOP, just five days ago on September 29th, you told your supporters in London that you are already implementing free education when infact you and your administration have fought against that policy by Nana Akuffo Addo saying it is not possible until 2032. How is it now possible in 2016? Have we discovered another natural resource within the past five days to make free education possible in 2016 or you have seen how popular that policy is amongst Ghanaian voters you are warming your way into the game to have a slice of the pie?
Ghanaians heard you and your administration loud and clear putting impedements in the way to stall that policy from seeing the light of day, so why now? Ghanaians will not buy this slick snake oil salesman job you are doing because they have seen this before when your administration promised to implement a one time NHIS premium payment in 2008 and you failed to achieve that target. Your administration promise to reduce the price of petrol to GH2.00 per gallon in 2008 is still fresh on our minds and the promise you and your patry make are not worth the paper they are printed on.
"The NDC administration, he said as at this year has built 4,300 schools in its attempt at eliminating schools under trees and the shift system throughout the country"
WHY NOT?
A six classroom block that cost GH80,000 during the NPP administration to build in 2008 astronomically shot to GH280,000 in 2009 and all the NDC Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Communication members, the Allotey Jacobs and every Yahoo in NDC who was not hooked to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) machine at the hospital became a building contractor due to the corrupt over 250% extra profit in this NDC fraudulent scheme. What surprises me is not the number of schools you have built but rather why we still have over 5000 more schools under trees with the profit involved.
President FLIP-FLOP Mahama, we know you and your NDC from "Tete" with your unfulfilled promises, your promise is like a three dollar bill.
