Wake was kept last Saturday April 28 in memory of the late Madam Hawa Yakubu Ogede at
the Westminster Cathedral Hall in London.
Hundreds of Ghanaians and other nationals used the occasion to pay their last
respect to the Ghanaian Stateswoman was until her death was a Vice-Chairman of
the nation?s ruling party, The New Patriotic Party.
Among the gathering were members of the diplomatic corps, religious and
political leaders including Ghana?s High Commissioner to the UK, Mr Anan Cato.
