The world is finally aware that Egypt became the Champions of the 26th MTN
African Cup of Nations. The brief display prior to the presentation
ceremony of trophy/medals was an exciting one. What brought tears to the
eyes of many was; Mimi Afia Nantee Boateng, A class 3 pupil from Ghana
International School (GIS) who held the nation spellbound as she entered the
stadium in a Palanquin with the 26th MTN African Cup of Nations Trophy. The
pretty little girl touched many hearts. It was a proud and memoriable
moment that she will never forget.
