For the first time in nearly a decade of covering events around the world;
3G was in Toronto, Canada for the big 50th birthday celebration of Ms
Faustina Nyina, a popular resident. 2 years ago, 3G covered an event in
Montreal, Canada.
On Sunday; August 29th, 2010, Family and Friends came in their huge numbers
to celebrate this milestone in style. Toronto had indeed prepared for the
event as many women wore breathtaking and interesting dresses. to make a
statement. What was exhibited was a true Ghanaian fashion and culture.
Kudos to all the women.
Ms Nyanin looked stunning in various dresses she wore for her special
occasion. The dance floor was packed with limited space to move as guests
enjoyed the great music by the DJ.
The climax of the event was when Nana Gyamfi of New York surprisingly
offered a huge diamond ring in presence of guests to Ms Nyanin. It was a
token of his gratitude to Ms Nyanin for her enormous support and their
union. Lots of champagne/moet flowed aftewards and the golden jubilee cake
was cut.
Among the special guest was also; Nana Yaa Asantewaa, II, Ejisuhemaa of
Ejisu, Ghana. Some of Ms Nyanin's siblings and friends also had come from
Ghana and London respectively for the occasion.
3G Congratulates Ms Nyanin on her belated 50th birthday celebration. The
Publisher; Mr. CNN expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming welcome
given to him by Ghanaians in Toronto.
