LEFT: Nissan Urvan bus, with registration number GR 6066F, plying the Assin Fosu — Cape Coast road. It was spotted at Assin Nsuta carrying empty drums. The driver drove at top speed while a durbar was going on. Anything could have happened. -Graphic RIGHT: The Ashaiman-Motorway under-pass which was closed down recently to enable the Department of Urban Roads to undertake massive works on the poor drainage system, is in complete mess after last Sunday’s rainfall. The entire place was flooded, which rendered the road which connects Ashaiman to Nungua impassable. Vehicles which could not use the underpass, had to put down their passengers, who had to wade in the flood to cross to either side of the underpass to continue their journey. -Graphic
