Asamoah Gyan rose from his sickbed to revive Ghana's Africa Cup of Nations hopes after scoring a 92nd minute winner in a 1-0 win over Algeria. Nothing much happened until Gyan scored an out-of-nowhere winner to blow Group C wide open
Incidentally, the last time that Ghana beat Algeria they went on to win the competition!
