Following the post, some netizens took to social media to share their thoughts on the video, with some arguing that rapper Lalid does not deserve to be in the same group as Kwesi Arthur because of the latter’s contributions to the Ghanaian music industry.
One netizen, in a post, emphasised that Lalid should not consider himself to be on the same level as Kwesi Arthur.
“Lol, don’t think you're on the same level as Kwesi Arthur, a BET nominee?” the netizen stated.

The comment did not sit well with Lalid, who fired back in a tweet, describing it as disrespectful.
According to the “Matter” hitmaker, the netizen could have defended his favourite artiste without disrespecting him.
“You could defend someone without downplaying the others on the list. You know you’re very foolish, my brother, to think I was disrespecting,” he said.
