If where the President and Vice president lodges whenever they are in Kumasi are security zones, then the regional minister should ensure that priority is given to payment of electricity bills of those areas rather than refusing to pay and be fighting the ECG staff or task force when they implement a policy to put out all lights in areas owings. What is used in paying for electricity power consumed and to enable continuous and efficient running of power? Is it money or security zone? The regional minister must wise up!
