Since our hospitals are not so equipped to perform C- delivery , most women are left to deliver naturally regardless of how complicated the delivery is and this leads to a tear into the bladder, vagina and the rectum creating what is medically termed a fistula . Stop the corruption and equip our hospitals and that will solve our problem
