The answer to that lecturer is that it is all schools in Ghana.

ALSO THE GENERAL DECADENCE OF THE YOUTH IS THE COURSE OF THIS AND THIS I BLAME ON MOST OF TODAY'S KIND OF PARENTING WHERE CHILDREN DON'T HAVE PARENTAL GUIDANCE FROM THE VERY INCEPTION OF THEIR BIRTH.
