    NPP CAN NO LONGER SOLVE THE NATION PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PROMISES THAT IF THEY COME THEY WILL REDUCE BORROWING? THEN IS SQUARE ONE THEN.IF NPP WILL GO TO IMF THEN 22 PROMISES CANT BE FULFILLED BY NPP.
