Let me tell you that there are two restaurants next to each other in that building in addition to other businesses,Mawarko is just the popular one there.
I know those of you saying the place should be close down don't eat there so you don't lose anything if it is closed down but some of us do,even if we don't we will not wish such an evil to such a place that has given job to fellow Ghanaians.

The victim have every right under Ghana's laws to sue the owner of the restaurant and the perpetrator of the crime respectfully for willful damages causing injury, pain, bodily harm and psychological distress, a good example should be set in this situation and for foreigners to respect our laws; just imagine Chinese at galamseys holding(touting) guns, for what reason, could I as ordinary Ghanaian tout gun like the Chinese. Why wouldn't they wait until the court compensates the girl by ordering the perpetrator to bore the entire cost of her medical bills as well as pay her sums in the region of 20 to 50 thousand Ghana cedis? It is important the young man who did this will be made to face the full rigours of the laws of Ghana, so that it will serve as a deterrent to all Ghanaians and non - Ghanaians alike to not take the law into their own hands no matter the circumstances. I support a total incarceration of the culprit for a minimum of a year in Nsawam whiles, he is made to pay the all her cost and subsequent cost to her health and welfare so long as she is alive. The culprit must also be made to sign a bond of good behaviour in so far as he is left to reside in Ghana.
