WHO IS STEALING FROM WHO
According to a story attributed to the NDC MP for Asunafo South district, the NPP plagiarized the NDC’s 2016 budget. In his statement " Paragraph 273 of the 2017 budget says principally that the government has allocated GH¢2.04 million for the procurement of five million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers while in the 2016 budget, paragraph 405 also talked about government allocating GH¢2.0 million for the procurement of two million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers."
Now divide NPP's GHC2.04 Million by 5 million seedlings and the answer is GHC 0.40 per coffee seedling. Then divide NDC's GHC 2,0 Million by 2 Million seedlings and the answer is GHC 1.00 per coffee seedling. Now the question is, Who is stealing from who. I don't really know the university that trained these NDC guys. Universities in Ghana are indeed useless.

I agree with this doctor. There could be more unreported suicide cases in Ghana including those that are made to look like accidents and some form of sickness. My question is; are the members of the governing body aware? Do they know what to do and how to do it ? A lot of resources are been wasted on unnecessary things but it appears health care does not matter to our leaders, especially mental health care. It is apparent that when mental health is mentioned in Ghana, the picture that comes to mind is that of a men or women roaming the streets with tarted clothes or no clothes at all, eating from dust bins, drinking water from drains, begging for food and with some attacking members of the public. Hence nobody cares about what happens to them except some close and concerned relatives who probably are yet to become tired of them. The big men at top never think of the fact that anybody with a brain need some form of mental health care or supports, hence the seemingly near total neglect of mental healthcare in Ghana. Until when are we going to wake up to this ? Truly we have a long way to go and it looks like we may never get there. Shame at Ghana's independence and her leaders. I say a big shame at the nation Ghana at the age of sixty. Shame 3x !

He is looking at this problem from the mental health aspect. In psychiatry, that number of suicide within such a short time is sky high and can be considered as a desperate situation which needs desprate action. In an advance country like USA or UK etc, this calls for emergency contingency plans to safeguard individual safety accross the nation. But now it appears nobody cares in Ghana. This is some of the reasons why the blacks are been looked down upon and the third world countries are said to be barbaric and primitive. God save Africa. It appears human life meant nothing to our leaders.
