Those Students causing unreasonable riots in various Universities do so out of ignorance.They think that they are still young and do not bother about destruction of school property caused by them, because they are not held accountable to the revamping of the damaged facilities,but to curb these unceasing and irresponsible behaviour,those found deliberately dsetroying window panes and other things should be made responsible for payment as a punitive measure for the recurrance of future outbreak of hall week riots.

Its a shame. When did Hall week celebrations become violent? Its the fun of it that made it a Hall week in the past.
