i think a CHIEFTANCY & CULTURE ministry could harmonise , develop and redefine the various tribal cultures into standard ghanaian national culture including creating a national ghanaian language to be used as medium of instruction for kids to be born 25yrs yrs from now. by the way what exactly will be done under religious affairs to benefit ghanaians?
