If our supreme court is "OK" they have to rule that it should be a one-time payment.
It is only in Ghana that the same corrupts politicians do not see anything wrong with that because they all benefit.

The last salary that I took was GHC 2,300.00 (2016).After working for 35 years, I went home with GHC 65,000 .00. + a monthly stipend of GHC 1300.00(SSNIT). Is it really fair? I hope Mr Agbemava wins this one for Ghanaians. I am very glad he brought this up and I hope the Supreme Court acts maturely on this to rain in more revenue into our coffers.
You can easily explain this to any Basic School Pupil and they will understand the silliness in the who setup.
