I don't see anything wrong with an employer transferring an employee. That kind of thing happens all the time even in the Corporate world. The guy has not been fired. His salary and his conditions of service has not been varied. So, to me, he has no case in law. He will lose the law-suit. I doubt if he can prove that he's being transferred for political reasons; or, because "the Minister of health doesn't like me." How do you prove in a court of law that somebody doesn't like you? If he doesn't like his new location he's free to quit his job.
