The GFA, exco members and Otto must admit our football is in crisis . To come out ,they will need everybody on board. Every suggestion must be looked at. Germany , who have been struggling of late , finally won their last 2
matches against mighty France and Holland. They accepted they were in crisis , put all heads together and tried all options .They changed coaches, changed players, federation members resigned etc. Then somebody suggested they need Toni Kroos to come out of retirement . They tried it and BAM the German machine is rolling again. In Ghana , most of the better players are seen as enemies . We all
know why we can't bring back Bernard Mensah , because he had an argument with Jordan. We can't bring back Jeffrey Sclup, Abdul Mumin and probably speedster John Painstil . They are not agency players. But they regulars in their clubs, meanwhile some of the players that are called don't play in months for their clubs. Check Edmund Addo and Nuhu Addams.
Let's go to little history. In 2001, when Sir Cecil Jones was the coach , he dropped all foreign based players . Why ?. Because they had no passion,
energy , no drive and lazy to play for the BS. Before
that time , we had lost 3- 1 to Liberia in WC qualifier in Accra. Sir Cecil had a beef with our present coach Otto Addo and he was dropped from next match against Sudan which we lost 1-0 . Let's watch this John Painstil might not come back to the BS .

Coach Otto Addo is clueless and incompetent. Why do you invite players you know already for friendlies. During friendlies, you invite new players and test their capabilities.

No local players or even gh players playing in the continent. Why? Meanwhile you are playing against African teams who have plenty local coaches african based players. Is gh lg ampey or amputee soccer?

FIFA organize these friendly games across the globe, and in all games you see new and regular players playing. I watched Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, USA, Portugal, France and a lot of these countries during the recent lnternational recess and there were new as well as regular players in all these matches. And so l think our coach should do the same blending to give him better understanding of each player and how they can play together in proper competitions.
