It is a pity because there are human (thinking) beings who have been assigned to take care of the stadium and if they are not doing their job, then they should all be fired immediately. Those to be held responsible if things are getting rusted and rotten are the Engineering company (or companies) who undertook the job. We lack the resources and that's why we are always in trouble.
