  Kutu Acheampong's "Operation Feed Yourself" was a successful programme, even though there was no official plan in implementing it. It just caught on because Ghanaians bought into the idea. If the NPP can make it happen again, Ghana will reap huge rewards from this. Am skeptical but let's see how it goes.
