Lucy Quist is spot on. What government needs to do, in order to unleash the undoubted potential of our talented younger generations, is simply to abolish personal income tax, and put Ghana on the world map as the nation with Africa's lowest corporate tax rates.
That will attract many global giants suchbas Facebook, Alphabet and Microsoft to move their African and Middle East headquaters to Ghana - and they weill find brilliant young entrepreneurs whose start-up they will invest in - creating wealth that stays here and jobs galore.
Kudos to the creative Lucy Quist - who is herself a shining example of the brilliance of Ghana's younger generation's talent pool of world-class minds. Cool.
