The understanding of this issue in my view is the wasting of the state resources. Unfortunately, this is done by the old generation, who in every attempt trying to burden the young people a huge debt, making life very unbearable for the young ones using every tricks at their disposal.In all civilized nations or communities one resigns as a flagbearer of a party after the first(at most 2 attempts)at
unsuccessful attempt. But in our case , one person Nana Akuffo Addo wishes to be a Pres. at all cost, even though there are many young enterprising ones in the party who are eagerly willing to to that responsibility, but he's constantly frustrating the efforts of these young ones with the assistance his chorts. The issue of the blooating the electoral register is an attempt to prevent other Npp members to stop t5hem from havingt the urge to contest Nana Addo, because if there is an issue which has not been resolved, then he remains as the only flagbearer of the party, the Npp.

The case of Adama Sakande u sited is completely different. The requirement for Holding a public office with dual citizenship is different from the requirements for same in voting. If u hold a dual citizenship, u can vote in both countries but cant hold public office. Adama Sakande was jailed not for votting but for holding public office with dual nationality.
