He has been mean and insulting in his campaign and is an NPP stooge. No one is ignoring him but he must fit his BIG size into the small laws of the EC

According to the Deputy Chair of the EC all the disqualified candidates were given notice to correct the errors detected. Again, most of the disqualifed candidates submitted their forms on the last day whereas the NPP and the NDC submitted their forms two weeks before the closing date, thus giving them enough time to do any corrections desirable. There is something in leadership called BIASED FOR ACTION. People should learn to do what they need to do timeously and STOP this attitude of doing this at the LAST MINUTE. Paa Kwesi Nduom SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, because of his high professional pedigree

All the parties have access to the register and could have checked on the backgrounds of all the people whose signatures they presented. Why didn't they do it?
It also seems some of the mistakes are ones that cannot be corrected in a short time.
And why is the writer singling out PPP? We all want the more serious parties to be represented but they too have to follow the rules.
With more than 50 days to the elections, the EC can still give all of them a grace period so they can re-submit their forms. It may be flouting the regulations but in a positive way. This can only be a show of magnanimity on the part of the EC and not an obligation.

Dr. Ndoum and Akua Donor have the very same rights. Indeed the former found the later worthy enough to court her support in election 2012. The law must be applied equally not selectively

Paa Kwesi has worked for PNDC, became member of CPP, Minister of NPP and proponent of the yeresemu that brought NDC back into office in 2009. He had then broken away from CPP to found PPP.

Nduom placed an injunction on the electoral process and caused the delay so what is his beef now?

I have been asking many of the question you also asked.why should party B be punished because a voter endorsed both party A and B?how would party B have known that the voter had endorsed 2 different parties. The one who deserves punishment is neither party A nor B but rather the criminal who endorsed 2 different parties.however the laws of natural justice demands that if the EC wants to go on that tangent then they have to punish both party A and B.also has the EC allowed all parties to inspect each other's normination forms in the interest of fair play? How can the disqualified parties be sure that those who qualify had everything correct?
What is good for the goose....
