    Ken himself does not want it. also making sitting MP REGIONAL minister. It doesn't help in parliamentary proceedings as they are most time absent in parliament. The chiefs should stop this advocacy.

    If every District or Region wants the President to appoint their locals for ministerial Posts ,then there is no need forming Parties.Each Chief or Region should bring a candidate for a particular Post.
