The more serious thing is the politicization of every appointment. We must do something about this thing that you get the job only if you're affiliated to the party in power. It forces all experts to become politically affiliated meaning the loss of talent that has the wrong political colours.

Every new CEO takes time to find their feet. Meanwhile the organisation suffers from lack of strong leadership.
