It is Happen all over the Country and our Leaders still whatching. Check This out, we Are slowly coming back to our Country and this Will Never Happen if we was around.

Ps. Its true, ghanaians Need a big Education in all Points. The cam for a Job with No Education. One of my worker does not knows how to use the Toilettes. The don't have an ideal to keep thinks clean etc. that makes me Go Crazy, but a human is an human. Teach Them and the will learn.

The fucking elephant in the room that you have failed to address is the incessant abuse of Ghanaians in their own country by these foreigners.
Registering with the so-called Chefs' association is not a panacea to the abuse and humiliation at the hands of these foreigners. You just don't get it. You chose to be in that vocation so whatever it is that you do, just do it to the best of your abilities. Putting someone's face into a blender full of pepper for whatever reasons must not be countenance by any sensible person. You are first and foremost a human being, before you being a chef. Let your humanity show in your reasoning. A Lebanese isn't more of a human being than a Ghanaian.
Stop being a fool and a sycophant and stand up for what is right. Our proverbial hospitality has been abused and trampled upon by ingrates who think by the colour of their skin, they are superior to us. In our own land, we should have zero tolerance for racial abuse.
