    Thank you Chef for this sensible article.
    Chefs , all over the world , are known to be a bit off and aggresive ..its their nature.
    All of us have made it a racist issue. It is not.

    Useless. I HV also work in a kitchen for 19 years n I saw no one throw knifes n what ever. Let punish this fools who think we are their slaves forever.
