Oil and gas cannot solve Ghana's problems it is an enabler for the country reasons 1. It employs few people we need t address unemployment 2. So many countries in Africa are discovering large reserves of Oil and Gas so in future price . If handled properly it will help in energy sufficiency For Ghana but we still need agriculture, manufacturing, mining to address high levels of unemployment and kick start a resultant boom in services sector in the country.

The Honorable ministers should attempt and provide some answers to the questions and share same with the public. There are many economists outside political circles whose inputs can make significant contribution in finding solution to issues, given the response from the appointed Ministers.

Certainly so. IMANI's questions are thought-provoking and responses by the designated ministers can draw many technical brains to make meaningful contribution to the debate for the benefit of the nation.

I'd advise IMANI to watch how the govt prosecute its agenda in its manifesto and your questions and many others will be answered.

Nana Akufo Addo only wanted to be addressed, Pesident Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo irrespective of the duration. In order to win the election, he realised that majority of Ghanaians are gullible and wanted to hear 'sweet' things. He therefore designed a strategy to campaign on motivational issues and told incredible lies to them in order to win the elections. As for Nana Akufo Addo, having won the elections nothing else matters to him.He knows that presently in Ghana there could not be any coup to overthrow him and therefore does not care if he does not win the 2020 elections, for his sole ambition to be President has been fulfilled.

THE NATION GHANA ONLY DWELL ON COCOA BEANS AND RAW MATERIALS ECCONOMY AND NOT ON TECHNOLOGY, SCIENTIFIC INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY TO PROPEL GROWTH, AND THE QUESTION IS, WHAT CAN THE NEW FINANCE MINISTER AND THE NEWLY APPOINTED DO AT ALL TO TRANSFORM THE NATION TO PROSPERITY.
PLEASE, IT IS SIMPLY GOING TO BE ZERO, JUST LIKE WHAT PAST GOVERNMENTS PRACTICED IN GHANA, AND BY TRAVELLING ADDITIONAL BOUNDARIES TO BEG FOR AID, GRANTS, LOANS AND CREDITS FROM IMF AND WORLD BANK.
APART FROM THE EMOTY HEADED POLITICIANS IN THE COUNTRY, HAVE THE SO CALLED EDUCATED WITH DEGREES AND ÜHD TITLES MADE A '''DENT'''TOWARDS THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF GHANA-
NO -IMANI
POLITICIANS AND THE EDUCATED HAVE ONLY CRITICISED, ARGUED, MANIPULATED; PREACHED AND EMBEZZLED THE SCANTY FUNDS EARNED FOR THE NATION BY THE ILLITERATE HARDWORKING COCOA FARMERS AND UNSKILLED MINE WORKERS FOR THEIR EXTRAVAGANT LIFESTYLES IN GHANA.
WHAT IS HAPPENINING IN GHANA IS A CONTINUED EXPLOITATION OF THE VULNERABLE AND PLUNDER OF STATE RESOURCES.
WILL SU´CH A PRIMITIVE FOUNDATION OF PLUNDER, HELP THE NATION TO MEET ITS ECONOMOC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS.
THEY ALL NEED TO BEWARE OF CHEAP MONEY WHILE THE BROKEN INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE NATION AND HUGE UNEMPLOYMEMT GOES UNASWERED.
ARE ACADEMIC TITLES MEANT FOR THE UNDERDEVELOMENT OF A COUNTRY.
SIMPLY SAD.
ARE WE NOT HOPLESS AND USELESS PEOPLE ON EARTH.

ONLY, ONLY TECHNOLOGICAL AND ÍNNOVATIVE SKILS, TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW AND QUALITY SKILLED WORKFORCE CAN TRANSFORM THE LABOUR MARKET AND NOT EXPORT OF COCOA BEANS AND RAW MATERIALS TO SERVICE NATIONAL BUDGETS IN GHANA.
TODAY DOES NOT BELONG TO EDUCATED ''DERILICTS''IT BELONGS TO PPRACTICAL APPLICATION AND TO MAKE YOURSELF NECESSARY WHERE HONOUR CALLS FOR PROGRESS.
