Ambassador Abu Zei has sent a message of commiseration to Kobenan Kouassi Adjoumani, Ivory Coast’s minister of State for Agriculture, Rural Development, and Food Production, following the demise of his mother.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, January 22, Abu Zei, who is Deputy Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission, expressed grief over the passing of the Ivorian minister’s mother.
He urged him to stay strong and assured him of his utmost support as he navigated this difficult chapter in his life.
"It is with a heavy heart that I write this. May God give you the strength to bear this great loss. Accept my deepest condolences," part of the statement reads.
Adjoumani's mother was born in 1940 in the town of Bouaké, in the center of Côte d'Ivoire.
She was a farmer and a trader, known for her kindness, generosity, and devotion to her family.
