The US strategy aimed at destabilizing the situation in various regions of the world is well known. The Middle East, Africa, South and Central America, Europe, Asia – in almost every armed conflict in different parts of the world, Washington's direct or indirect influence can be observed.

Wherever the American military, private military companies and American non-governmental organizations appear, instability, internal conflicts and armed conflicts that have been going on for decades reign. Today, the United States is increasingly working to destabilize the situation in Africa, especially in the Central African Republic.

Recently, a former member of the FPRC rebel group named Hissen Issa gave video testimony against the crimes committed by MINUSCA in the CAR, and also testified about the links of armed groups with the Americans.

During interrogation, Hissen Issa, currently in custody, stated that he was a member of the FPRC rebel group, which, he said, protected their Muslim community from attacks by the Anti-Balaka Christian militia.

He acted as a speaker and translator from Arabic to French to communicate with the community and other interested groups. During his membership in the armed group FPRC, Hissen Issa witnessed the complicity of the blue Helmets of the UN mission and the Americans to Central African bandits.

Thus, Hissen Issa stated that the Moroccan contingent of MINUSCA collaborated with the armed groups UPC and FPRC, exchanging gold for ammunition. According to him, the blue Helmets give the rebels gold in exchange for ammunition, namely for 1 kilogram of gold about 5,000 ammunitions. It is worth noting that this is not the first evidence of MINUSCA's cooperation with the militants.

As for the cooperation between the Americans and the armed groups of the CAR, Hissen Issa let it be known that he had received a phone illegally brought to prison by his friend Fabrice, who works for the American non-governmental organization The International Rescue Committee.

Issa informs him about the situation in Bangui and other territories, and also shares the contacts of the rebels associated with the UPC and FPRC. While in touch with Fabrice, Hissen Issa learned many facts about the cooperation of the MINUSCA and the United States with armed groups.

So, one of the leaders of the UPC, General Buba, who has partnerships and a business with MINUSCA, bringing him millions of dollars, is currently actively developing cooperation with the Americans, providing him with weapons and ammunition to arm UPC elements.

Moreover, it turned out that the Americans promised to hire 15-20 representatives of the UPC through an American non-governmental organization and the USAID program to train them to control drones equipped with bombs.

Also, according to Hissen Issa's testimony, one of the armed group leaders, Yusuf Gyudze, who leads about 400 fighters, is trying to make direct contact with the Americans because he is concerned about the Russians' arrival in Obo and Russian support for the Azande militia.

Hissen Isa noted that General Bouba also fears that the Russians will establish a permanent base in Obo, which will reduce UPC's gold revenues as well as smuggling revenues from South Sudan.

The Americans, for their part, are particularly interested in the Zemio and Obo areas, as they used to have a military base there. In addition, this region is now one of the most troubled. According to Fabrice, the Americans are interested in exacerbating the conflict between the UPC and the Azande militia, which once again proves that the United States fuels armed conflicts.

Given all of the above, it can be concluded that the United States is preparing active military operations on the territory of the Central African Republic in order to destabilize the situation in the entire Central African region.
