  When it comes to governance, Tanzania is not different from Museveni's Uganda. The ruling Party elites will never give up their power and riches, and these Party elites include highly ranked security members, both in the military and the Police. It will take the kind of operation Nkrumah experienced to get rid of them and bring free and fair multi party democracy in that country
