The Visco walking Club has invited the following walkers as part of its final preparation towards the world walking cup. Due to technical reasons Ghana would send five (5) walkers in the 20k category and five (5) for the 50k category. Two women would represent the country in the women?s event. Meanwhile the following walkers are to report at the premises of the Visco walking academy on Friday 24th February, 2006 at exactly 4:00 p.m. in Cape Coast near the Holy Child School. They are Jacqueline Aku Bludo (Ghana Police Service), Godslove Andrews, Vincent Asumang (Ghana National Fire Service), Ahmed Tijani Sani (Ghana Armed Forces, Navy).Those from the Central Region are ; Stanley Brimah, Benjamin Kojo Annan, Francis Kwame Adarkwa and Ekow Rambo.
