University of Southern Mississippi Track Coach In Ghana

University of Southern Mississippi head track coach, Wayne Williams, will spend Thanksgiving day in search of something remotely resembling turkey and dressing. Williams will be speaking at a coach's seminar in Ghana.

"It's really just a normal work day for them," Williams said.

Williams' flight left Mississippi at 2:45 p.m. Monday and he will arrive in Ghana at 8:30 p.m. tonight, more than 24 hours later. While this is Williams' second trip to Africa, it is only one of many holiday trips he's encountered as a coach.
