Ghana to parcipate in Africa Champions cup

Ghana’s Customs Braves will represent the country in this years’ FIBA Africa Champions Cup (ACC) 2016 Zone 3 Qualifiers to staged in Togo from 21-30 October.

Ghana’s team will be looking to book a ticket for the final phase of the African continent’s flagship clubs competition – due to take place in Cairo, Egypt in December.

Defndiong champions, Kano Pillars of Nigeria begin the defence of their regional title against heavyweights such as Togolese champions AS Modele, Benin Republic champions Elan Sportif, NIGELEC of Niger Republic and ASPAC Basketball Club.

With the draw set for Friday, the teams would be hoping for a favourable pairing that would guarantee a smooth passage for the trip to Egypt.
