Kano State High Court don issue ex parte order to confam di suspension of former Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as di National Chairman of di ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) party for Nigeria.

Justice Usman Malam Na'abba make di decision afta Ibrahim Sa'ad file appeal case on behalf of leaders of di political party for Ganduje constituency for Dawakin Tofa local goment for Kano state.

Dis development dey follow di plenty kasala wey wan tear di APC.

Di members of di party wey dem file di case on dia behalf na di – deputy secretary, Laminu Sani and legal advisor to APC, Haladu Gwanjo plus nine oda party members wey bin suspend Ganduje two days ago.

Na'abba also suspend di management committee of di APC party for Kano,say make dem no chook mouth for di decisions of di party leaders wey dey for Ganduje ward, afta two-thirds majority of dem don sign am according to dia constitution.

Di nine APC leaders for Ganduje ward say dem bin decide to suspend Ganduje afta one party member, Ja'afaru Adamu, file petition.

Justice Na’abba say e dey important for all di pipo wey dey involve for dis mata to maintain di status quo of di suspension until 30 April, wen dem co begin hear di case proper.

“Order dey granted directing all parties… to maintain status quo ante belum… restraining [Ganduje] from parading himself as member of APC or to dey in charge of any affairs of di NWC,” di judge tok.
