According to di tok tok pesin of Anambra State Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, e say dem arrest one 24 years old woman on 25 July 2025.

Dem say she be one of di suspects, wey dem say allegedly dey in connection for di murder of di pregnant nurse.

"Di Anambra State Police Command wit di help of di Umueri village, Ogbunike community members bin arrest one female suspect, 24 years.

Police say she also tell dem say dem dey also sell body parts to native doctors for di area.

"During interrogation, di suspect confess say she be di girlfriend of di prime suspect from di same village, wey currently dey on di run.

She say di suspect call her to come clean di blood stains afta dem murder di victim. She also reveal how dem dey sell di body parts to different evil native doctors for di area."

Base on information, na di suspect bin invite di pregnant nurse to im house wit lie say e dey sick and need medication. Na wen di nurse bin reach di house, di incident hapun wey lead to how she kpai.

Police burst shrine, find human parts for nylon

As part of dia investigation, di Anambra Police Command say dem burst one shrine for di village wia dem find human body parts.

Dis State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for 29 July 2025 bin find human body parts for inside nylon inside di shrine.

"Sake of di information from di suspect, SCID burst one shrine of one native doctor, from Itima Amawa Village, Ogbunike and recover suspected human body parts, wey dem hide for cellophane (nylon) bags.

Di command dey find di prime suspect, along wit di suspected receivers and collaborators."

Meanwhile, di Police Commissioner for Anambra State CP Ikioye Orutugu don condemn di act.
