Di federal high court in Abuja don adjourn di trial of Nnamdi Kanu until further notice.

Justice Binta Nyako adjourn di suit on Monday afta leader of di Indigenous People of Biafra (Ipob), maintain say im no go stand trial bifor di judge.

Kanu insists say make Justoce Nyako remove hersef from im case.

Drama happun wen Aloy Ejimakor, di lawyer to Nnamdi Kanu, tell judge Binta Nyako to excuse herself from di trial.

Oga Ejimakor say di request for her to quit di case again dey come from im client, di (IPOB) leader.

Ipob dey campaign for di creation of independent state for south-eastern Nigeria.

As court resume hearing on Monday, di prosecuting counsel led by Oga Awomolo, tell di judge say im dey ready make di trial begin as im witnesses dey ready.

But, Oga Ejimakor say im client, Nnamdi Kanu, don choose not to stand trial bifor Justice Nyako.

"Di defendant still ask your lordship to excuse herself from dis mata," Ejimakor tell di court.

In response, di judge say "di Chief Judge no accept di recusal and don refer di case back" to her for trial.

She ask di defence team lead by Oga Ejimakor to send a written application if dem still insist on di recusal.

Addressing di court, Kanu vex ask why dem carry am come bifor Justice Nyako. Im say eviriritin di judge tok dey meaningless to am. Im say im no recognise di authority of di court wey Justice Nyako dey preside ova.

Di IPOB leader say di only reason im come court na sake of im respect for di rule of law, im add say di judge bin don previously excuse herself from di case.

Kanu say im no dey happy wit di decision of di chief judge wey return di case to Justice Nyako. E insist say Nigeria goment no fit prosecute am.

Di Ipob leader insist say Justice Nyako dey biased ova im case and add say she no suppose judge im case. Im say poor knowledge of di court dey affect Nigeria.

Meanwhile di prosecution counsel no like wetin Kanu tok dem ask for a definite date for hearing since di prosecution no gree file a written application. Awomolo say e dey right for Kanu to insult di court.

For 2022, Appeal Court drop all charges against di separatist leader afta dem rule say im arrest abroad bin dey illegal.

Di court also rule say im extradition bin dey illegal too.
