Di court hearing dey come afta di Supreme Court ruling for 15 December 2023, wey tok say Kanu must to face trial.
Di apex court dismiss di earlier judgement of di Court Appeal for October 2022 wey clear Kanu of all charges against am.
Kanu lawyers fit re-apply for im bail to know weda di court go release am afta im don dey for DSS custody since im rearrest, almost three years ago.

Afta dem rearrest Nnamdi Kanu for June 2021, di Nigeria goment drag am bifor Justice Binta Bukar wit 15-count charge wey im plead not guilty to.
Kanu defence counsel, wey Mike Ozekhome (SAN) bin dey lead, bin apply make di court strike out all di charges against Kanu.
However Justice Binta Bukar strike out seven of di charges but tok say Kanu get case to answer for di remaining eight.

- Using radio Biafra to incite di public to kill security operatives.
- Using Radio Biafra to instruct Ipob members to construct explosives.
- Inciting di public to scatter di Anambra governorship election for November 2021.
- Inciting di public to destroy goment buildings and property.
- Using terror and intimidation to force pipo to sit at home for May 31, 2021.
- Inciting pipo to do violent protest against di federal goment
- Inciting pipo through live broadcasts to go and destroy buses and transport facilities of di Lagos State goment, wey lead to serious economic damage for di state.
