Justice Rahman Oshodi tok say Dr Olaleye na sex addict but e still come lie for court and na dangerous pesin to di society for defiling di 15-year-old.
As di judge deliver di judgement, Justice Oshodi say evidences before di court show say Dr Olaleye commit di offences. Di judge add say Dr Olaleye no even show any form of remorse as dem sentence am.
Before, Dr Olaleye bin say di allegations wey dem sama am na lie and malicious and e be like blackmail but di doctor later face two count charge of alleged defilement and sexual assault by penetration.
Wetin happun for court
Dr Olaleye bin dey arraigned on November 30, 2022, wia im plead not guilty to di offences wey dem level against am.
Justice Rahman Oshodi wey preside over di case tok say di prosecution get enough evidence wey dem prove well-well.
According to di Director of Public Prosecutions Dr Babajide Martins, di incident don happun since around February 2020 and November 2021 wey e tok say contravene di sections 137 and 261, of di criminal law of Lagos State 2015.

Justice Oshodi say: " Di survivor, to your knowledge, na child but you force her to dey watch pornography, rub her breast, and put your penis for her mouth.
"You penetrate her and blood begin dey comot wia you do am repeatedly.
"You acknowledge say you be sex addict for your confession but you come to dis court and tell lies.
"You show no remorse at sentencing and e show say you be dangerous man."
Di justice say Dr Olaleye na dangerous man to di society, and dem suppose lock am away from di pipo.
Justice Oshodi finish tok come sentence Dr Olaleye to double life imprisonment sake of say na two count charge.

"By di laws of Lagos State, I dey compelled to hand you a sentence of life imprisonment on each count of your offense. But your defense counsel say you be first time offender and dat you be doctor of cancer patients wey dey in partner wit Lagos State.”
"I hereby sentence you to life imprisonment on both counts one and two of defilement and sexual assault by penetration, wey go run concurrently," Justice Oshodi tok.

'Victim bin get bruises and cuts for her private parts'
During di trial of di Lagos-based medical doctor Olaleye, one witness tell court say during dia investigation, dem discover say di child victim get bruises and cuts for her private part.
Di witness Dr Akinwunmi Oyedipe tell court say di victim and her aunt Mrs Aderemi Olaleye (defendant wife) report di case for her office Mirabel Centre for March 2022 say di defendant do ‘repeated sexual abuse’ on di girl since di middle of 2020.
Dr Oyadipe wey be medical and forensic expert tell court say dem listen to di girl story and do medical examination on her.
She say “di girl narrate say Dr Olaleye tell di girl to do oral sex for am. Sometimes im go apply lubricant on her private part and go molest am. E dey give her pills to take afta di encounter and go threaten her”.
She say afta dia findings, dem confam say di girl experience forced penetration.
During di cross examination, di defendants counsel Babatunde Ogala ask di witness weda through her findings she fit confam say na di defendant commit di offense, she say no, as she no dey dia wen di incident happun.
Mr Ogala ask am say weda she fit confam wen di girl get her first sexual penetration. She say medically she no fit, but add say dia findings dey consistent wit pesin wey experience constant forced penetration.
Oda witness against Dr Olaleye
One forensic expert and child advocate Mrs Olabisi Ajayi Kayode wey bin interview di victim earlier confam say oral sex happun.
Di witness tell court say afta her interview wit di victim, she find out say di suspect put di girl through serial sexual molestation and also perform oral sex wit her.
“Afta e molest her finish, e threaten di girl say if she tell her aunty wetin happun, im go abandon dem and run away,” na so she tok.
She say di defendant also threaten say e go kill di victim if she expose dia secret.
According to di witness, di mata start wen di suspect approach di victim and ask am weda she be virgin.
E add say di man ask am why she dey keep her virginity, say virginity no dey reign again, add say girls of her age don comot dia virginity since.
She narrate further say di girl tell am say di doctor explain to am say if di girl lose her virginity or get pregnant, im get how im go take lie to protect di girl and she go dey free, but add say di decision na her own.
Before now, di court bin don remand di defendant for prison custody pending wen im meet di 50m bail condition wey dem give am.
During di December 2022 proceedings, di wife of di defendant bin testify against her husband for court say di man dey drug am and she go sleep off anytime e wan go molest her niece.
She tell court say her husband na sex addict and no suppose dey out in di society as im fit dey harmful to di pipo.
