'We no find any instrument of terrorism wen we arrest Kanu' - DSS witness

One DSS witness for di ongoing terrorism trial of Nnamdi Kanu, tok say dem no find any instrument of terrorism on di Ipob leader wen dem arrest am in 2015.

Di witness, who give im name as Mr AAA, tok dis one as e dey undergo cross-examination by Kanu's lawyer, Kanu Agabi a senior advocate of Nigeria.

Mr AAA bin don give evidence on di last day of hearing on April 30, 2025, wia e narrate how dem arrest Nnamdi Kanu wit one woman for im hotel room in Golden Tulip Hotel for Lagos.

DSS making moves to extradite Simon Ekpa

Di witness also tok say e no dey aware of any oda pesin for Nigeria wey dey stand trial wit Kanu for terrorism sake of di Biafra agitation, but e know say one Simon Ekpa wey be known supporter of Nnamdi Kanu dey stand trial for Finland.

"I know say di service (DSS) dey on di process of extraditing him (Ekpa) to Nigeria to face charges," oga AAA tok.
